Training and practice sessions that are being used by the top teams in the region. What is the top 2008 boys team doing during their sessions? What if we could replicate some of those sessions for the other 2008 boys teams? That is exactly what will be available.
Playing opportunities with a variety of teams by being part of the Alliance Guest Playing Pool. This pool is an open pool that will allow Alliance members to have guest players without the threat of poaching or recruiting away.
Alliance only events that will include mini tournaments, play dates, possible leagues, training events, and college ID camps.
Alliance only college recruiting events. This may include ID Camps, training sessions and possibly college recruiting symposiums for players and parents
Possible collaborative teams for specific events. This will not be often but will be a possibility to allow regional players the opportunity to play together in showcase events. These will be put together so that there is no harm to the local club team.
Age appropriate curriculum development. There will be available to all alliance members age appropriate curriculum developed by some of the best soccer minds in the region.
Coaches and club leadership that are collaborating with other coaches and club leadership to develop the best possible development opportunities for their players. By broadening this perspective the players get the best of all worlds from some of the top clubs in the region.
Player development standards across the alliance. We will stive to create player development standards for all ages thus ensuring that all of the players in the alliance clubs are keeping pace with the set standards.
