Collaboration
Open sharing of ideas between club leadership and coaches:
- 4 times a year coaches and leadership meet either by phone, zoom or in person.
- Discuss regional happenings and issues.
- Share training, coaching, tactical and other player development ideas. To include possible curriculum ideas for specific age groups.
- Provide input on various events for the players. Which tournaments are good, which showcases are worthwhile and what ID camps are ideal for the various levels of players.
Guest Player Pool
A pool of players to be used in a non poaching environment. Clubs agree not to recruit guest players thus allowing for a more relaxed guest playing environment without the fear of losing players.
Local Team Priority
Building strong local club teams while having the benefits of some of the largest clubs in the country.
